WIRELESS DEVICE WARRANTY

 

Most wireless devices carried by IT&E do have a one (1) year manufactures warranty (excluding the EXCEPTIONS noted below) and Subscriber may choose to contact and send their defective wireless device directly to the Manufacturer’s Service Center for repair. The Subscriber shall be responsible for paying the freight, repair and/or replacement charges. IT&E does not maintain current contact information for any Manufacturer's Service Centers. IT&E will not be responsible for any charges related to wireless devices sent to the manufacturer.

 

EXCEPTIONS that are not covered under the warranty period are:

  • Water Damage

  • Physical Damage

  • Replaced OEM faceplates / housing

  • Tampering of hardware, software or hard setting the unit without the assistance of IT&E Customer Service

IT&E has a thirty (30) day warranty period from date of purchase covering wireless devices sold by IT&E. IT&E's warranty covers legitimate defects and at IT&E's discretion the unit may be replaced either at a nominal replacement fee or at no charge. Subscribers must provide IT&E with the original sales receipt for the unit at the time of any warranty claim.
