Press2Talk Dialing Instructions

 
 

Please note: These dialing instructions are applicable to the Kyocera 3250 only.

    
     
 

Creating P2T Groups
         
  Select Menu > P2T > Manage P2T Groups > Create Group

 

 Enter new Group Name
  Select Next > Select Contacts
  Highlight the P2T Contact
  If no P2T contact names appear, or if the desired name is not on the list,
click Next > Select Contacts > Add New
  Enter the Phone Number
  Select Next > Enter Name
  Type in the Name of the P2T Contact added to the Group
  Select Save

Making a P2T Group Call
         
  Select Menu > Push 2 Talk > P2T Groups

 

 Highlight the Group that you want to call
  Press and Hold the Walkie-Talkie (WT) button
  Speak the message while continuing to Press the WT button
  Release the WT button when finished
  Press the WT button to speak again
  To end the P2T call, Press End

Adding a Member to a P2T Group
       
  Select Menu > Push 2 Talk > Manage P2T Groups > Add a Member

 

 Select Next
  Choose Select
  Select Save

Editing a P2T Group
       
  Select Menu > Push 2 Talk > Manage P2T Groups > Edit Group Name

 

 Highlight the name of the Group to Edit
  Edit the Group name using the phone's keypad
  Select Save > Yes

Erasing a P2T Group
       
  Select Menu > Push 2 Talk > Manage P2T Groups > Erase Group

 

 Highlight the Group to Erase
  Press OK
  Select Yes

Erasing a P2T Group Member
     
  Select Menu > Push 2 Talk > Manage P2T Groups > Select Group > Erase Member

 

 Highlight the Member you want to Erase
  Highlight Select
  Press OK
  Select Yes

Leaving a P2T Group
       
  Select Menu > Push 2 Talk > Manage P2T Groups > Select Group

 

 Highlight the name of the Group you want to Leave
  Press OK
  Select Yes
