Will I be instructed in how to use my PCS Phone?
Yes. When you purchase your PCS phone the customer service representative will give you a basic orientation of the operation of your phone. You will also be given a “Welcome Packet” with helpful information and dialing instructions. Back to Top

Will I be given written instructions that are easy to follow?

How long will I have to wait for repair?
Problems with phones rarely arise, but when they do, unit repairs are made as quickly as possible through your unit’s manufacturer. The length of time varies and is dependent on the manufacturer ability to perform the repair. Back to Top
