Can I roam with my current PCS phone?
All IT&E Wireless PCS CDMA phones are capable of roaming to the U.S. Mainland and Hawaii if the unit has the current software loaded. CNMI Roaming, however, requires a dual mode or tri mode phone. Please call 456-ROAM or stop by the IT&E Customer Service Center in Harmon to verify that your phone is programmed for roaming. Roaming services are currently unavailable for IT&E Wireless GSM phones. Back to Top

How do I get my phone programmed to roam?
If your phone needs a software upgrade for roaming, please stop by the Harmon customer Service Center. You can drop your phone off and come back later or wait while we program your phone for free. Back to Top

Where can I roam with my IT&E Wireless Digital PCS phone?
Your programmed IT&E Wireless phone will automatically roam in areas where IT&E has implemented agreements with other carriers. (U.S. Mainland, Hawaii and the CNMI) CNMI roaming requires a dual mode or tri mode phone. You can also manually roam in areas not covered by charging the call to a credit card. Plus, you can call 911 for free where compatible service is available. Back to Top

How can I make sure that I only roam when I want to?
Some Digital PCS phones let you select the roaming setting to automatically find roaming outside the IT&E service area. Many of these phones will also let you turn off the roaming feature. Please call IT&E for specific information on your phone or review your phone user's guide.Back to Top
