How does Talaya Dial-Up PLUS work?
Talaya Dial-Up PLUS, while running in the background on your computer, will send the page requests you make to IT&E’s proxy servers which will perform sophisticated data compression. You will receive a significant increase in your browsing speed.
Talaya Dial-Up PLUS speeds up the delivery of Web pages four ways:

I am unable to surf the internet after installing or enabling Talaya Dial-Up PLUS.
This is commonly caused by a third-party Firewall program, such as Norton's Internet security.
This will need to be temporarily disabled due to certain restrictions set on the firewall. Simply right-click on the Firewall icon at the bottom-right corner of your system tray and select disable or stop. Once
Talaya Dial-Up PLUS is working and you're able to email and access the internet, right-click on your Firewall icon and re-enable it again. For more information or assistance, please call Talaya Tech Support at 646-INET(4638).
