WLNP

Can I keep my same phone number?
Yes, WLNP (Wireless Line Network Portability) is allowed.

Non-IT&E Numbers/ported-in numbers can:
- Send/receive SMS within IT&E Network
- Deliver outgoing SMS to other carriers
- Receive incoming SMS from other carriers
- Incoming/outgoing voice
- Data
- Roaming
Porting with IT&E Numbers is also available (GSM number to CDMA number and vice-versa).

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. Please note however that we collect $15 Activation Fee (Postpaid) and 1 month MRC.

Can I keep the same phone?
Yes:
- For Plan upgrade
- Switch from other carrier to IT&E
No:
- CDMA line to GSM and vice-versa
- Not compatible phones with our network
