What is EVDO?
EVDO stands for Evolution Data Optimized. It simply means faster wireless internet for your cellular phone or IT&E aircard. EVDO is 10x faster than a regular wireless internet.

How much is EVDO?
FREE! EV-DO is an upgraded feature on your wireless internet. Although EV-DO upgrade is FREE, airtime applies when web browsing on your cell phone. PTI Aircard monthly charges are: $39.95 when you apply for 1 year.

What is the difference between EVDO and 1xrtt?
For 1xrtt, the Download Speed is 56 kbps, and the Upload Speed is 15 kbps. For EV-DO, the Download Speed is 768 kbps average, and the Upload Speed is 115 kpbs average.
