- What is IT&E OnePass?
IT&E OnePass is IT&E's brand new rewards program - where your residential long distance, wireless PCS, Press2Talk advanced walkie-talkie, wireless broadband, Talaya DSL and Talaya-Internet accounts earn you OnePass miles, the frequent flyer program of Continental Airlines. - Where can I apply for IT&E OnePass?
You can apply at any IT&E office or Continental Airlines office (in Guam or in the CNMI). If you already have a OnePass Number and you are an IT&E account holder, then click here to download a copy of the IT&E OnePass application form.
- How many OnePass miles can I earn?
You earn 5 OnePass miles for every $1.00 of Long Distance, Wireless, and Internet usage. Imagine the hundreds of miles you can accumulate!
- Can I use my OnePass miles for free reward travel on other airlines?
Yes. You can redeem the OnePass miles you earn from IT&E for free reward travel on Northwest Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and on other airlines which are OnePass partners.
- Do all my long distance calls - whether collect or direct dial - apply?
Only direct dial calls, originating in Guam and in the CNMI during all rate periods and to all destinations charged to an IT&E issued account or to an originating telephone number where IT&E is the PIC, are eligible for this rewards program.
- Can I earn OnePass miles with other Talaya-Internet services, such as web hosting, roaming, etc?
Your monthly recurring charges for Talaya-Internet dial-up, ISDN, DSL and WBA access, and Talaya Internet Roaming charges apply. All other charges do not earn OnePass miles.
- When will my IT&E OnePass credits begin?
Rates and OnePass miles will be effective on the month of enrollment. Upon validation of your OnePass account number by Continental, miles will be applied during the current month's eligible IT&E service(s) usage, provided the account is not past due.
- Does my IT&E account number have to be under the same name as the OnePass account number?
Yes. In order to qualify, the IT&E account number must be under the same name as the OnePass account number.
- Can businesses apply for IT&E OnePass?
The IT&E OnePass program is only available for residential accounts.
- If I get a new IT&E Account number, will I have to re-register?
Yes. Customers are responsible for registering all new IT&E accounts.
