Harmon, GU - September 20, 2004 - IT&E Overseas, Inc., Guam's Telecommunications leader, has announced the availability of IT&E Wireless Press2Talk Service (P2T). P2T offers superior "walkie-talkie" connections combined with exclusive features not found with any other provider.

P2T adds even more versatility to IT&E's already dynamic and robust wireless network. Subscribers enjoy features such as:

• INSTANT VOICE COMMUNICATIONS - The fastest voice communications with clearer, more natural conversations and no frustrating pauses or talk-overs;
• CONVENIENT CONTACT MANAGEMENT - Manage all groups and contacts directly on the handset or online;
