IT&E WIRELESS NOW OFFERS TEXT MESSAGING
FOR DIGITAL PCS PHONES

IT&E Wireless Digital PCS customers can now receive text messages on their IT&E Wireless Digital PCS phones with three new, innovative and enhanced wireless services: PCS Webtext, PCS Mail, and PCS Chat.

With PCS Webtext, IT&E subscribers can receive text messages sent from the Internet through the IT&E Wireless Digital PCS Webtext Message Center. PCS Mail allows IT&E subscribers to receive email notification from Talaya Internet Service. And PCS Chat enables IT&E subscribers to send and receive text messages from one IT&E Wireless Digital PCS phone to another, using the phone's keypad.

Text messaging is a fast, convenient way to keep in touch with IT&E Wireless subscribers. Text messages of up to 112 characters can be sent and received immediately through the IT&E Wireless Digital PCS Network.

" IT&E is excited to offer Digital PCS text messaging services to our Wireless customers. These new, exclusive services are a handy alternative to calling," said IT&E General Manager Joseph J. Perez, "Customers will get convenience and cost-effectiveness with PCS WebText, PCS Mail, and PCS Chat. Add these to our other Digital PCS services like Voice Mail and Fax Mail, and customers will see that an IT&E Wireless Digital PCS phone is the only communication device needed."

New customers can add Text Messaging to their plans when they sign up, while existing customers can upgrade their current IT&E Wireless Digital PCS plans by phone (646-8886), fax (646-6448), email (itepcs@ite.net), by logging on to IT&E's official PCS website (www.itepcs.net), or by visiting IT&E's Customer Service Center in the Harmon Industrial Park. Customers interested in PCS Chat should visit the Harmon Customer Service Center to program their Nokia 5170i, 5185i & 3285 or Kyocera 2035 & 3035 units for PCS Chat service.
